Join us for a flavour-packed 2-hour Indian Masterclass in our purpose-built kitchen in Horsell, Woking.
In this masterclass, Lorna will guide you through making one of our most-loved (and award-winning!) curries — Murgh Makhani (Butter Chicken) — rich, fragrant, and full of bold spice, and a delicious vegetable dish too. You’ll also get an introduction into Indian breads - rotis & parantas and get to cook up a quick roti (chapatti) of your own to complete your Indian-inspired feast.
Perfect for a midweek boost or a relaxed foodie evening out.
Everything’s provided, including drinks & nibbles — just bring your appetite!

Fully hands-on cooking (no demos!) – You’ll cook from scratch with expert guidance from Lorna.
Learn in our kitchen – Our purpose-built cookery school in Horsell is designed for comfort, creativity and fun.

The Basics - Half day class (10am -1.30pm)

We'll start with a welcome chat and drinks - Lorna's masala chai & nibbles will be flowing throughout your class. An overview of Indian Spices – plus, hints & tips will be given throughout the course of your class on how to use and when.
Learn how to prepare and cook:

Chicken Curry;

Vegetable Curry such as Aloo Gobi, Chana Masala or Palak Paneer;

Jeera Rice;

Onion & Potato Bhajis/Pakoras as a classic starter
